Application Process
1) Apply 
 
Fill out application (Click Here) 

2) Review and Sign Contract

1) You will receive an email from HelloSign (noreply@mail.hellosign.com)
2) Click to open your Promissory Note.
3) You will find two buttons at the top left of the page, 'ADD TEXT' & 'ADD SIGNATURE'
4) Click the 'ADD TEXT' button to fill in your information.
5) Click the 'ADD SIGNATURE' button to place signature at the bottom of the document.
6) Click the 'DONE' button at the top right corner of the page when you're ready to submit.


3) Transfer Funds

We accept cash or checks and offer automated online billing options.

Online Option: Intuit Payment Network:
Safely and securely transfer funds with Intuit Payment Network.
 

1) You will receive an email from Intuit PaymentNetwork (support@ipn.intuit.com)
2) Subject Line reads: PRIYA, LLC requests a payment
3) Click on the Pay by IPN Button
4) You will then have the option of creating an account and setting up an automated monthly withdrawal or click on 'Make payment without creating an account' to complete a one time payment.
5) Follow the on screen instructions.
